Our Story

The Knotty Brew began as a search for community, a love for crochet, and an appreciation for a really good cup of coffee (or matcha). It grew from the idea that people need spaces where they can slow down, feel welcomed, and create alongside others.

Our café is cozy, colorful, and filled with handmade details, crochet textures, and thoughtful touches that invite you to stay awhile. It’s a place to meet friends, enjoy a quiet moment, or try something new. Alongside our specialty drinks and pastries, we host hands-on workshops for all skill levels, from beginners to lifelong makers.
